Perfect coat for k9 athletes with FIR technology
The BAY dog raincoat is waterproof (10,000 mm water column), stylish, dynamic and very lightweight. On the inside of the material, as close to the dog as possible, there is a print that incorporates a new, exciting technology with many useful properties, including high thermal conductivity – the ability to distribute and dissipate heat. This technology can be used to recycle both heat and far-infrared energy (FIR) emitted by the body.
In this special product – the BAY raincoat for dogs – Back on Track is presenting our most future-oriented textile technology for the first time: Fusiontex®️.
This new method (print) opens up many more possibilities for us in terms of which textiles can be used to transmit the FIR effect. One of the primary advantages is clearly demonstrated by the coat: it is remarkably thin and does not require an additional inner lining, which would otherwise be necessary to contain the fused minerals of the textile technology.
BAY has been designed to fit the dog’s body perfectly while ensuring maximum freedom of movement. This is achieved by the close fit at the hips and chest and the overlap at the front, which allows sufficient freedom of movement for the front legs. As this version is designed for dogs with a high tail set, we have incorporated a drawstring at the back of the coat to adjust the overall length. Elastic leg straps hold the thin, lightweight material in place and in constant contact with the dog’s body. The generously shaped collar is very adaptable thanks to two drawstrings – one at the neck and one to adjust the collar width.Two leash loops allow a leash or rope to be attached to the collar or chest harness.
