Shopping

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

For shipping we use the services of Post and GLS.
Eventually, you can pick up your order in person at an event, where we are present with our stand. If you wish so, please, contact us before placing the order to confirm, if this is possible.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

If the goods you wish to buy are on stock:

  • If you are based in Austria, you receive the package within 1-2 working days.
  • If you are based in Germany, BeNeLux, Czech Republic, Slovakia, France, Switzerland, Slovenia and Hungary, you receive the package within 2-3 working days.
  • If you are based in other country within EU, the shipping takes 3-7 days.
  • If you are based outside EU, the shipping can take 10-12 days.

If the goods you wish to buy are currently out of stock, they are usually available on backorder and we will inform you in a separate email how long it will take, until the product is available again. Usually, the product is back in stock within 10 days.

Orders & Returns

How do I place an Order?

In your Shopping cart, click on the button Check Out.
In the next step fill in all required fields, choose payment method and click on the button Proceed.
In the next step check, if all entered data is correct and click on the button Place order.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

You can cancel your order or change the items in your shopping cart anytime before clicking the button Place order.
After you have placed the order, you have the right to cancel the contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you do not need to create an account to place an order.

How Can I Return a Product?

In order to return a product, you need to inform us, e.g. per letter send by regular mail or e-mail about your decision to cancel the purchase contract (no later than 14 days after you acquired the goods). For this purpose, you can use our Withdrawal form, however this is not mandatory. You need to send or deliver the goods to us immediately and no later than 14 days from the day you have informed us, that you decided to withdraw from the contract. You are carrying the shipping costs for sending the goods back to us.
