Return policy instructions for consumer
Consumer is any natural entity who concludes a legal transaction for a purpose which cannot be attributed to their commercial or independent professional occupation.
You have the right to cancel the contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. Revocation period is fourteen days from the day, when you or a third person appointed by you (other than the carrier) acquired the goods. In order to enforce your right of revocation, you need to inform us, Martina Stryckova, Schielegasse 1/4/3, AT-2301 Groß Enzersdorf, +43 660 692 03 22, [email protected], in a clear declaration (e.g. letter send by regular mail or e-mail) about your decision to cancel this contract. For this purpose, you can use the provided Return form, however this is not mandatory. Timely dispatch of the information about enforcement of your right of revocation before the revocation period expires shall be deemed sufficient for compliance with the revocation term.
If you withdraw from the contract, we are obliged to reimburse you with all payments that we received from you, including the shipping costs (excluding additional costs that arose because you have chosen a different shipping method than our proposed standard shipping method), immediately and at the latest in fourteen days after we received your information about the withdrawal from the contract. For the reimbursement we will use the same payment method as you used for the original transaction, unless agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for the reimbursement. We are entitled to hold on with the reimbursement, until we receive the goods or an evidence of proof, that you have sent the goods back to us, depending on which happens earlier. You need to send or deliver the goods to us immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day you have informed us, that you decided to withdraw from the contract. The time limit will have been observed, if you dispatch the goods before the fourteen days term expires.
You are carrying the shipping costs for sending the goods back to us.
You shall be liable for any diminished value of goods resulting from inappropriate handling of the goods.

Exclusion or premature expiration of the right on revocation
Right on revocation is not applicable for contracts on supply of goods that must be produced individually based on the choice and requirements of the consumer or that are exclusively adapted to the personal requirements of the consumer.
Premature expiration of right on revocation applies for contracts on supply of sealed goods, that are not suitable for returns due to health safety or hygiene issues, if their seal is removed after the delivery and for contracts on supply of goods, that were after delivery inextricably mixed with other goods based on their characteristics.
Warranty is governed by legal regulations.
Guarantee is valid for 24 months and it starts after the delivery of the goods to the customer, if not otherwise defined for specific cases. Customers are obliged to read the guarantee conditions before they start the ordering procedure.
Invoice serves at the same time as a guarantee certificate.
Buyer can claim guarantee only for products purchased from the Seller. In order to claim the guarantee, the Buyer is obliged to submit to the Seller together with the goods also a complaint describing the details of the product defect. In order to process the complaint it is also necessary to attach copy of the invoice for the product. The returned product must by complete, including accessories and manual, if possible in original packaging. Processing of the complaint within the warranty period (24 months) is free of charge. The complaint is processed in 30 days at the latest. Warranty period expires, if the defect has been cause by incorrect handling and usage of the product, e.g. not following the instruction for use, by mechanical damage, by operation under not suitable conditions. Warranty also excludes defects of the product caused by natural disaster. Customer is obliged to deliver the goods to the agreed address and in inform the Seller in advance by email at [email protected] or per phone at +43 660 6920322 – this way we can ensure timely receipt and processing of the complaint.
