Dosage:
For every 1 kg of dog’s weight / 1-2 g of the mixture.
Mix with water, approximately 10 ml per kg of dog’s weight.

You can dilute the rest of the mixture with water depending on how many pauses/runs you have. Then feed proportionally between runs to keep the dog hydrated between breaks. Can be used long term.
